Terms & Privacy

Updated April 2021

Plop ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Plop: poop tracker & analyzer mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Please read the Terms & Privacy thoroughly. By downloading and using Plop (“Plop: poop tracker & analyzer”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Plop.

We reserve the right to change this document at any time. We will announce it here, and on our App Store listing if we change it. By continuing to use Plop, you agree to any revised Terms.

It’s Your Responsibility to Stay Aware of your Gut Health or Seek Medical Professions

By using Plop, you agree that it’s your responsibility to acknowledge your health. Plop, as a tracking app, is based entirely on the data entered by the user, and the medical-related contents provided are for reference only. You should read the Disclaimer carefully before starting to use the Plop app. Use this app at your own risk.

This page informs you of our terms and privacy policies regarding the usage and tracking of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Subscription

Plop has an optional "Plop Premium" subscription that costs USD$2.99 per month. The price in different countries and regions may vary due to exchange rates.

All payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play. We don’t manage any economic transaction between you and the App Store or Google Play. Any issues you should handle directly with Apple and Google.

Our subscription will auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the subscription period ends. Apple or Google should send you an invoice with every billing cycle.

Once you are a subscriber, you can manage your subscription from App Store, Google Play, or on your iOS unit after purchasing it. And you will also be able to cancel the auto-renewing subscription from there.

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can, however, cancel a subscription even after you have deleted the app.

We might change the price of the subscriptions from time to time for promotion purposes. If you are already paying for a subscription, you will continue to pay your current price and won’t be affected by a price increase.

Usage and Data Tracking

We are not interested in anyone’s data.

We track aggregate, generalized data to understand how our customers are using the app. This means we can track how many times a certain feature is being used, to improve our Service.

We use the data that you entered to provide tracking and analysis features only to you. To provide the Service, that data has to be collected and stored in our cloud server. This data is not personally identifiable and is only identified if you link your account with your Google or Apple ID. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information under this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Terms and Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Disclaimer.
